and take the first step toward joining the PKB AddVenture Academy.
Selection & Shortlist
Applications close and the scouting phase moves into
selection mode. The most promising startups are
identified and shortlisted to access the next stage of the program.
Pitch Day
Shortlisted startups pitch their solutions to the PKB Private
Bank team. The final cohort is selected, bringing together the
ventures with the strongest potential for growth,
innovation, and market impact.
Academy Kick-off

and MatchStrategies come
together to aligngoals, expectations,and the growth
journey ahead.
Growth Modules
Four advanced peer-to-peer workshops designed to give
