The PKB AddVenture Academy was born from the desire of PKB Private Bank and Match Strategies to support startups from different sectors along an operational, tailored path, backed by expertise, relationships and capital.

We offer a real ecosystem, where PKB Private Bank is not only the promoter of the initiative, but an active part of the programme.

The Roadmap

Applications Open

The journey begins. Startups are invited to share their vision, submit their application,
and take the first step toward joining the PKB AddVenture Academy.

Selection & Shortlist

Applications close and the scouting phase moves into
selection mode. The most promising startups are
identified and shortlisted to access the next stage of the program.

Pitch Day

Shortlisted startups pitch their solutions to the PKB Private
Bank team. The final cohort is selected, bringing together the
ventures with the strongest potential for growth,
innovation, and market impact.

Academy Kick-off

The PKB AddVenture Academy officially begins. The startups, PKB Private Bank and Match Strategies come together to align objectives, expectations and the growth path ahead.

Growth Modules

Four advanced peer-to-peer workshops, designed to give startups a strategic, operational and go-to-market boost. Each session combines expert input, practical tools and direct guidance to accelerate growth, refine execution and support high-impact decisions.

Ecosystem Immersion

The startups leave the classroom through dedicated visits to SMEs, large companies and key players in the innovation ecosystem. A unique chance to gain a market perspective, build relationships and explore concrete business opportunities.

Event - AVA League

An event for an audience interested in startup investment, bringing together high-profile speakers, selected investors and leading financial players. The session creates a space to share perspectives, explore emerging opportunities and spark interest in alternative investments in high-potential startups.

Event - AVA Night

The Academy closes with a showcase presenting the group's challenges, the startups' pitches and contributions from high-profile guests. A moment to celebrate results, engage a wider audience and strengthen long-term connections within the ecosystem.
